Dave started out his volleyball career watching his daughter Kelly play. He fell in love with the sport and started helping out the Caledonia-Mumford High School program 7 years ago as a volunteer assistant with both the JV & Varsity teams.

Dave was hired as the Varsity Coach at Cal-Mum in 2008. This year the Lady Raiders had their best season in more than 10 years losing in the Class DDD semi-finals to the #1 seed Gananda Blue Panthers.

This is his 4th season as a coach with Xtreme. Dave was USAV Impact Certified in 2004 and Cap I certified in 2006.

Dave has also been actively involved with the Xtreme Committee holding the positions of Fund Raising Coordinator, Parent Rep Coordinator, and Tournament Coordinator. Dave is currently the Committee Chairman.
