XTREME CHALLENGE 18U TOURNAMENT RESULTS

Congratulations to the Niagara Frontier Volleyball Club's 18's National Team for thier victory at the Xtreme Challenge 18U Tournament on February 10th. The 18's National team defeated the NFVB 17 National Team in the Gold Medal Match to secure the 2008 Championship.

Xtreme Inferno was a solid 6-0 in th morning pool play round and drew a bye entering the Gold Championship Bracket. Inferno ran into a hot NFVB 17's National Team and were eliminated in the Semi-finals of the Gold Division.

The Silver Bracket was won by Premiere Black out of Churchville, NY as they beat VFX Illusion in a three game tie-breaker. Xtreme Explosion lost a tough semi-final match in the Silver bracket to the Premier team. Explosion, playing in a very tough Pool A, was 2-4 for morning pool play.
