Hotel Information

Xtreme coordinates lodging for our parents traveling to away tournaments. These hotels are either part of a group of discounted tournament hotels or have directly provided us with special room rates. It is your responsibility to contact the hotel and make your final arrangements. Some tournaments now use a "STAY TO PLAY" format that requires teams to stay in approved hotels. There are many hotels to choose from in a range of prices. We will always attempt to find the best value when booking blocks of rooms. If it is not a "Stay to play" tournament, you are under no obligation to stay in the hotels we list. Please be aware any cut off dates, limited availability and book your rooms as soon as possible.

Per the confirmation " The room block is all set and ready for people to begin to book rooms. North East Qualifier- Hilton Baltimore BWI for $99 a night, double/queen rooms. Please call them to confirm your registration by January 27th. Any unused rooms will be cancelled January 28th. This is a STAY TO PLAY event. F.A.Q. on "STAY TO PLAY" tournaments- AS LONG AS I AM IN THE SAME HOTEL, IS THAT OK? No, for your daughter to be eligible, you must book through the link provided. You may have a discount card that gets you a better deal on the hotel, but that doesn't qualify. I BOOKED THROUGH THE HOTEL DIRECTLY SO I CAN GET MY POINTS, IS THAT OK? No, you must book through the tournament's website for your daughter to be eligible to play. Please do not put your coach in the position of having to tell your daughter they can not play. Do not expect them to cover for one or two players, when everyone else is following the rules. DO WE HAVE TO STAY AT THE HOTEL SELECTED BY THE CLUB? No, as long as you are booking through the tournaments website. But experience has shown that having the team and parents all stay in one place has many advantages.
